Right Direction

The fiscal court is going to make an attempt to get a road through Trimble County. This is a step in the right direction and the court will make a trip to Frankfort about May 1.

Two federal roads have been designated through the county. A bond issue may mean road or not road.

Both routes through the county have been designated as Federal highways. It has taken some time and considerable work to have these roads designated by the Federal Government and we should be able to profit by the expressed willingness of the Government to pay its half of the construction and should take necessary steps to have the work started.
