  • Date changed for last day of school

There has been a slight adjustment in the 2011-2012 school calendar.  Originally the school year was scheduled to end for students on Friday, May 25, but the date has now been changed.

Students’ last day of school will be Monday, May 21, 2012.  The State Department requires that each school district provide 1,062 hours of instruction to their students.  Trimble County Schools always implements a calendar that provides above and beyond that requirement; therefore, instructional days at the end of the calendar can be removed.
