    Scott graduates from Calvary

    Shane Allen Scott graduated May 25, 2018 from Calvary Christian School in Taylor Mill, Ky. Shane is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Troy Scott of Florence, Ky. and the grandson of Betty Scott Delph of Bedford. He will attend Northern Kentucky University in the fall and plans to study business.

  • Dr. Hines introduces new chiropractors to Rotary

    Potential wellness from regular chiropractic checkups and introductions of new, professional chiropractors to serve our communities were the subjects of our March 13 Bedford Rotary meeting.

    Dr. Mark Hines, who established Campbellsburg Chiropractic several years ago, spoke of the advantages of chiropractic checkups for enhancing “wellness from within,” and noted the extensive training one goes through to become licensed.

  • Bedford, Milton elementary schools announce dates for kindergarten registration

    Trimble County Public Schools has announced dates in April for kindergarten registration at both elementary schools.

    Registration for kindergarten students who will attend Milton Elementary will be between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., April 13. Registration for Bedford Elementary will be from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., April 20.

    The Kentucky Circuit Court Clerks’ Trust For Life is honoring 28 counties for exemplary achievements in educating communities about the lifesaving gift of organ donation. Trimble County is one of them.

    MADISON, Ind. – In recognition of Colon Cancer Awareness Month in March, King’s Daughters’ Health (KDH) will again be providing free take-home, DNA-based colon cancer testing kits through its physician/provider offices. Testing kits are available from physicians who care for adult patients - Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers.
