The next class is 7-9 p.m. at the Oldham County EMS Training Center located at 1101 New Moody Lane, La Grange. The cost of the course and materials is being covered through a grant provided by The Baptist Health Foundation Greater Louisville. Class size is limited.     Beginning Sign Language: Learn how to communicate with basic sign language. Every Tuesday evening in September and October, Jackie Wade and Lydia Cowen will teach students the sign alphabet, basic signs and about deaf culture. This series will be helpful for everyone in community and is open to ages 10 and up. The fun, beginner class will take place at 7 p.m. in the Trimble County Library meeting room.

    There will be a Bunco game to benefit a baby adoption fundraiser starting at 6 p.m. at the Morgan Community Center. An extra prize opportunity will be given for bringing three friends or bringing a whole Bunco group. Admission is a $10 donation and food will be available for purchase.
