SHELBYVILLE, Ky.–Thirteen teachers in the Trimble County Schools spent last year working on strategies to give each student a voice and a choice in how they learn. When they returned to their classrooms in August, they were armed with new resources to zero in on what works. The teachers are part of the nation’s largest effort to personalize learning in America’s public school districts.
