Mark Collingwood – arraignment – public intoxication of a controlled substance, failure to appear, bench warrant $500.

Cameron Curtis, 1995 – pretrial conference – 12 month deferred prosecution, review Feb. 5, 2019 for dismissal.

Cari S. Dunaway, 1989 – sentencing – court to impose 24-hour revocation, continue sentencing to 9 a.m. Feb. 20.

Jimmie Logsdon Jr. – failure to appear review – bond review scheduled for 9 a.m. Feb. 13.

Shawn S. Morgan, 1965 – revocation hearing – defendant stipulates violation of agreement, sentencing scheduled for 10 a.m. Feb. 20.

Tony D. Moss, 1976 – failure to appear review – pretrial conference scheduled for 10 a.m. March 6.

Mitchell D. Polley, 1973 – pretrial conference – refund bond, dismissed.

Kaylie Vaughn, 1996 – arraignment – theft by unlawful taking or disposition (all others) under $500, pleaded guilty, 60 days conditionally discharged for two years, show cause hearing April 3 for $312.

TRAFFIC

Cammy J. Brewer, 1962 – pretrial conference – pleaded not guilty, final pretrial conference scheduled for 1 p.m. March 6.

Steven T. Brown, 1980 – arraignment – failure to wear seat belts, pleaded guilty, $25 fine, show cause hearing March 6.

Candice B. Collins, 1983 – arraignment – careless driving, improper passing, failure to produce insurance card, continued to 9 a.m. Feb. 20.

Laniya Deramus-Dawson, 1999 – speeding 26 mph or over the limit, reckless driving, improper use of left lane/overtaking vehicle, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense, pleaded not guilty, continue to 9 a.m. March 6.

Kelly J. Fitzgerald, 1999 – arraignment – speeding 23 mph over the limit, pleaded guilty, state traffic school, show cause hearing March 6 for $143.

Kyle A. Hazelwood, 1997 – arraignment – failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense, pleaded guilty, show cause hearing May 15 for $443.

Ruth A. Hendren, 1981 – pretrial conference – pleaded not guilty, continue to 9 a.m. March 20.

Jason L. Henson, 1979 – review – apply bond to fines and court costs, recall Department of Transportation notice, continue to 9 a.m. Feb. 20.

Ashley E. Jeffrey, 1994 – arraignment – speeding 15 mph over the limit, pleaded guilty, show cause hearing March 6 for $203.

Will Newby, 1975 – show cause hearing – failure to appear, bench warrant $463, notify Department of Transportation.
