City to spend up to $15K on sewer repairs

Bedford City Commissioners met March 20 in the warm confines of meeting room at City Hall as big flakes of snow, with some sleet pellets mixed in, came down outside.

The March 20 meeting was geared to problems with the wastewater treatment plant and the lift stations. Public Works Director Jim Hoskins drew pictures for the other commissioners to help illustrate the work that needed to be done, Bedford Mayor Todd Pollock said.
