Bedford hires attorney

In a special meeting Tuesday June 14, Mayor Todd Pollock was given authority by resolution of the Bedford City Commission to sign a contract with Attorney Amy Eversole of James & Wells, P.S.C. to provide legal services as Bedford City Attorney. The contract takes effect on July 1, 2016.
Bedford City Commissioners voted to give Mayor Pollock permission to work with KIPDA to develop a Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan during regular called meeting June 21.
