    Editor:

I would like to thank all of the voters in Antioch, Palmyra, and Providence for electing me to continue serving them on the Trimble County School Board.

It was a pleasure getting out and meeting everyone and I appreciate your support.

  • Melvin thanks supporters, family for election victory

    Editor:

I would like to thank those of you who came out and voted for me during the election. It humbles and pleases me to know you put your trust in me to lead this county forward with experience and fairness.

I thank those, too, who supported me during the campaign and election with visits, encouragement and phone calls.

Last but not least, a “Thank You” to my family.

  • Milton PTO grateful for Fish Fry/Auction support

    Editor:

The Milton Elementary School PTO, faculty, staff – and especially, our students – would like to thank everyone who came out in support of our annual Fish Fry and Auction.

The cool, crisp fall day was perfect weather for a delicious fish sandwich, homemade cole slaw and baked beans.

We would like to thank the businesses and individuals in our community for supporting us year after year.

  • Donations sought for Shop with a Trooper

    Editor:

There is nothing more rewarding than to see the eyes of a small child light up on Christmas morning when they see presents left by Santa. Unfortunately, there are many children in our area who will not be able to share that experience.

That’s why the Kentuck State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg and the Women’s Auxiliary have teamed up for our “Shop with a Trooper” program, designed to give many of these children the opportunity to enjoy Christmas this year.
