Do we really need a Weapons Ordinance?

According to NRAILA website, (as of June 2010) “it is illegal for a person with a concealed carry permit to carry a firearm into any courthouse, soley occupied by the Court of Justice courtroom, or Court proceeding.” Unless my understanding is wrong, courtroom and court proceeding should cover the issues of concern of Judge Conrad, Judge Stevens, or even Perry Arnold.

Letter to the Editor

I was very fortunate to have attended the 2011 Washington, D.C., trip with the Trimble County High School junior and senior students on April 4-8. While there, I spent much time with the students and faculty sponsors. As a military veteran, the trip was my first to our nation’s capital. The trip could not have been more special, due to the wonderful students of TCHS.

TCHS junior coordinates Red Cross blood drive

Hello, my name is Michael Gonterman and I’m a junior at Trimble County High School. I enjoy volunteering and helping those in need whenever I possibly can. So, I decided to coordinate the Red Cross Blood Drive. The Blood Drive will take place on Monday, April 11, 2011 from 1-5 p.m. in the Trimble County Middle School Gym.
