CARROLLTON, Ky. – A Madison, Ind., man was killed and four others injured in an explosion Tuesday, Nov. 24, at the Harsco Metals facility in Gallatin County.
Harsco employee Robin Kelley, 48, was pronounced dead on arrival at Carroll County Memorial Hospital by the Carroll County coroner’s office, according to the Kentucky State Police.
