    Howard Boldery, 77, of Bedford, died on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Signature Healthcare in Bedford.
    Howard is survived by his nieces Donna Bell, and Annie Bell; great-niece Laura Bell; nephews Charles “Press” Bell, and Fred Bell; great-nephews John Bell, Jack Scott, and Mark Crafton.
    He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Richard “Tom” Boldery, Chester “Fred” Boldery and one sister Laura C. Bell.

    CARROLLTON, Ky. — James P. Hanlon, 87, of Carrollton, Ky., died Thursday, April 3, 2014, at Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center.
    Funeral services were held Saturday, April 5,  at Milton Baptist Church with the Rev. Ferrill Davis and the Rev. Deek Dubberly officiating. Masonic services were held at the church.

    She was a health care worker for Life Line.
    Survivors include her daughters: Allison Woosley, Brittany Woosley and Crystal Gail Havens; parents: Gary and Bonnie Raines; grandmothers: Helen Raines and Josephine Shepherd; sisters: Missy Raines and Melissa Wilson.

  • Geraldine ‘Gerry’ Tharp Chadwell Perkinson, 73

    Geraldene “Gerry” Tharp Chadwell Perkinson, 73 of Carrollton, died on March 15, 2014 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville. Gerry was born on April 9, 1940 to the late Dalton and Goldie Estes Tharp in New Castle.
    Gerry is survived by her children daughters Linda Carson and her husband Donald of Milton, Ky., Connie Burton of Madison, Ind., and a son Mark Chadwell of Milton and a sister Mary Tharp of Carrollton.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.

  • Patricia Ann Wade Gaines, 66

    Patricia Ann Wade Gaines, 66, of Bedford, died on March 14, 2014 at the Homestead Nursing Center in New Castle. She was born on Nov. 11, 1947 to the late Robert Lewis and Mary Jane Heltzel Brewer in Shelbyville.
    She enjoyed county music and had been known to travel often to enjoy one of her favorite country music artists like George Jones or Travis Tritt.
    She is survived by her children: Roy Stivers of Campbellsville and Angela Beach of Carrollton; a sister Lyda Godbey of Worthville, and a brother John Brewer of Bedford; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

    Gary. L. Wright, 72, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Bedford died Tues., March 4, 2014 in Tucson. He is survived by his wife Emily Wood Wright of Tucson, one son Christopher Wright of Demotte, Ind., two brothers, Glen Wright of Bedford and Gayle Wright of Tucson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Barbara Peak Wright.
    Funeral services were held Tues., March 11 at the Milton United Methodist Church with burial in Moffett Cemetery. Wood-Oakley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

    Thomas “Tommy” W. Fink, 51, of Eminence, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014. 
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Marie (Craig) Fink, and a brother, Phillip Dale Fink.
    He is survived by sisters Donna Byerly of LaGrange, Ky. and Sue Cortes of Goshen, Ky. and a brother, Walter A. Fink of Bedford.
    A funeral Service was held on Tues., March 11, 2014 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Michael Duncan, pastor of Eminence Baptist Church with Interment at New Castle Cemetery.

    Molly D. (Aldridge) Eversole, 85, of Lockport, passed away  Mon., March 3, 2014 at Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville.
    Molly was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Taylor Davidson.
    She is survived by her husband Don Eversole of Lockport, daughters, Rhonda Eversole of Lockport and Patti Baxter of Frankfort, Ky., a son, James Roger Eversole of Lockport, three sisters,  Mattie Smith and Nellie Allean Smith of Bedford and Ethel Lee, of Russell Springs and a brother, Troy Wilburn Aldridge of Sanders, Ky.

    Millicent Arleen Rose-Cremering, 36, of Bedford, died at her residence in Trimble County, on March 4, 2014.  She was born on May 3, 1977 to James Terry and Patsy Boone Rose in Madison, Ind.
    She is survived by her parents James Terry and Patsy Boone Rose of Bedford, her daughter Destinee’ Nicole Surratt of Milton, her brother Nicholas Rose of Bedford, her companion John M. Bell of Bedford, and many other family and friends.
    Millicent was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Edgar Boone and paternal grandfather James Rose.
