    Regina Lynn Clubb Frazier, 56, of Bedford, died on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014 at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville. She was born on Feb. 17, 1958 in Madison, Ind., to the late Phyllis J. and Francis E. Clubb.
    She is survived by her children: Amanda Lynn Frazier of Milton, Joseph Wendall Frazier, Christina Louise Frazier, and Steven Kyle Fraizer, all of New Castle; three sisters: Rebecca A. Sparkman, Linda D. Louden and Trina K. Fox, all of Bedford; a brother Francis J. Club of Madison, Ind.; 13 grandchildren and many other family and friends.

    JoAnna Neal Williams Haymond, 89, of Warsaw, Ky., formerly of Madison, Ind., died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at Kindred Care Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
    She is survived by one son, Tom Williams, Jr. of Lynnwood, Wash., one granddaughter and several other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Tom Williams and her second husband Waldron Haymond.
    A memorial service was held Saturday, Sept. 27 at Wood-Oakley Funeral Home in Milton.

    Richard V. “Rick” Jackson, age 60, died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 at his home in Carrollton. Rick was born on October 22, 1953 in LaGrange, to William Vernon and Thelma Adams Jackson. He was a Sergeant (Unit 4) with The Carrolton Police Department where he served the community for the past 36 years.
    He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ginn “Becky” Jackson; a daughter, Heather Jackson of Campbellsburg; his mother, Thelma Adams Jackson of Campbellsburg; two sisters, Sandy Louden and Judy Stewart, both of Campbellsburg.

    Michael Dewayne Stockdale, 56 of Campbellsburg, died on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 at Crestview Nursing Home in Shelbyville. He was born on March 16, 1958 to the late Herbert Ryan Stockdale and Mary Elizabeth Ward.
    Michael is survived by his mother, a brother, Herbert B. Stockdale of Bedford; an aunt Laverne Evans of Campbellsburg; a niece, two great-nephews and one great-niece.
    He was preceded in death by his father Herbert Ryan Stockdale.
    Cremation was chosen and burial will be private at a later date.

    Henry Carroll Mattick, 68 of Campbellsburg, died on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Baptist Hospital Northeast in LaGrange. He was born to Fred and Naomi Clark Mattick in LaGrange. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
    He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ami Marie Hancock Mattick; and a brother, Fred C. Mattick, of Whitleyville, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents.
    Funeral services were held Friday, June 20 at Ransdell Funeral Home, Campbellsburg, with burial in the New Castle Cemetery.
