    This weekend marks the final performance of the year for the Trimble County Drama Club. The season, which began roughly in August, has been an incredible experience for the young actors and actresses as well as Coach Carrie Law. Not only has the club embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to New York City for Broadway acting workshops, they have introduced their loyal audiences with more plays than they have ever performed previously in a single year.

    Milton Postmaster Cecilia Oak is retiring after 26 years of working for the United States Postal Service. She began her career as an extension agent for the University of Kentucky. Following that she worked for the post office and later became postmaster. There will be an open house at the Milton Post Office tomorrow, Friday, May 1 for Cecilia from 10 a.m. to Noon.
