The Kentucky State Police is now accepting applications from Kentucky high school seniors who are interested in qualifying for $1,000 scholarships that can be used for education expenses beginning in the fall of 2012. To be considered, students must complete and submit all application materials, which are available on the KSP website at www.kentuckytstatepolice.org, by April 1, 2012.
Project Prom in Trimble County has been scheduled for Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Trimble County High School. Project Prom is a community-wide effort to help young people celebrate their Prom substance free. This year’s Project Prom’s theme will be “Party of the Century”, as this year will mark the 100th graduating class at Trimble County High School.

Landon Lee Mullins was born Dec. 19, 2011 at Norton’s Pavilion in Louisville, Ky.
He is the son of Alex and Melanie Mullins of Sellersburg, Ind. and weighed 7 lbs. eight ounces and was 22 inches in length.
His grandparents are LeighAnna and Robert Davis, LaGrange and Debbie and Gary Elders of New Salisbury, Ind.
