Thursday, April 21
Bedford Christian Church Maundy Thursday worship service will be held at 7 p. m.

Friday, April  22
The City of Milton office will be closed today in observance of Good Friday.

Trimble County courthouse will close at noon in observance of Good Friday and will be closed Saturday, April 23. All offices will open at their regular time on Monday, April 25.

Pleasant View Baptist Church will be having a Good Friday service at 7:30 at the church in Wise’s Landing. Everyone is invited. Greg Fisher is pastor.

Saturday, April 23
Milton Fire & Rescue Easter Egg Hunt for ages 1-12 will start at 1 p.m. for registration at the Trimble County Park. The fun hunt begins at 2 p.m. and the Milton Baptist Church will be on hand for refreshments and an Easter story.

Sunday, April 24
A community Easter morning worship service will be held at the Bedford Baptist Church at 8 a. m.  Rev. Ralph Yantz, New Life Assembly of God, will lead the service.

Bedford Christian Church will hold Easter Sunday worship service at 11 a. m.

The Apostolic Pentecostal Church of the Living God will present “His Life for Mine,” on Easter Sunday at 6:30 p.m. The multi-media presentation will feature video, sign language, dowel drama and singing. Everyone is welcome at 124 Smith Lane, Bedford, just off US 421S.

Tuesday, April 26
Project Prom committee meets for the last time before prom at 7 p.m. Everyone welcome to come and help make this a successful year.

Thursday, April 28
Trimble County Extension Office. “Money Wisdom” will be presented by Spencer County Extension Family/Consumer Sciences Agent Allison Lewis at 1:30 PM at the Trimble County Extension Office.  Everyone is invited to attend.

Saturday, April 30
Milton Fire & Rescue annual Tractor show and fish fry will be from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. at Station #1 on the hilltop.

Trimble County Alumni Banquet at Bedford Elementary School. Meet-n-Greet at 5 p.m. Meal at 6 p.m. $15 per person.

Girls Fastpitch Softball is starting the 2011 season. Registrations forms have been placed in the schools and some local businesses for ages 8 and under through 18. Information is on the forms, any comments or questions contact Mike Fox at 502-255-0145. Sign up day is April 30th at Trimble Co.Park.

JCTC Trimble Adult Education program offers free services for GED prep., college prep., ESL, etc.  The GED Test is free through June 30, 2011! After this date, test will be $60. Also, students can earn rewards while achieving their goals.  Call for an appointment today, (502)255-9191.
