Wednesday, Feb. 16

Trimble CARES meets at noon in the Family Resouce and Youth Services Center at Trimble County High School. Lunch provided.
The Trimble County Board of Education meets at 6 p.m. at the board office on Wentworth Drive, Bedford.
The annual Youth Spaghetti Dinner is 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Morgan Community Center. Cost is $7 for adults, $3 for children 11 and younger. Proceeds will be used to help send young people to the General Assembly this summer.

Thursday, Feb. 17

Milton City Commission meets at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 10179 U.S. 421 North, Milton.

Saturday, Feb. 19

Free tax preparation for people age 60 and older, or any Trimble County family with a household income under $49,000, is available at the Morgan Community Center, 147 Victory Ave., Bedford, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. All returns are prepared by IRS certified volunteers. Trimble residents also are eligible for the tax preparation program offered through the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission’s Carrollton location. For information, call (502) 732-5253. (Carrollton dates are Feb. 16 and March 3.)

Trimble County Fiscal Court meets at 9 a.m. at the judge-executive’s office at the Courthouse in Bedford.
Bedford City Commission meets at 7 p.m. at Morgan Community Center.

Thursday, Feb. 24

Kentucky State Police Trooper Michael Webb will present a program about Preventing Identification Theft at the Trimble County Public Library from 6-7 p.m. The program is free, and would be especially useful to older adults who often are the victims of such scams. Webb is the public information officer for KSP Post 5 in Campbellsburg.

Thursday, March 3

Milton Elementary School Site-Based Decision Making Council meets at 4:15 p.m. in the school library.
Trimble County Hymn Sing at Milton United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. Everyone welcome.

Bedford Elementary School Site-Based Decision Making Council meets at 5 p.m. in the school library.

Wednesday, March 9

Trimble County Middle School Site-Based Decision Making Council meets at 5 p.m. in the school library.

March 13-16

Providence Baptist Church will hold a revival at 6:30 p.m. each night at the church on Louden Lane. Featured speaker is Rev. Brian Courtney. There will be special music each service. Call 532-6321 for more info.

Trimble County High School Site-Based Decision Making Council meets at 3:45 p.m. in the school library.
