A meth lab discovered in Henry County has led to the arrest of two people. Troopers from the Kentucky State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg went to 221 Pendleton Loop at approximately 1 a.m. Friday. During a search of the residence, Troopers discovered a meth lab, as well as several ingredients used in methamphetamine production, inside the home. Outside the residence, Troopers discovered several bottles used to cook methamphetamine. There were no children present in the home.
Pendleton resident Joshua Clift, 22, was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Theft by Unlawful Taking.
Jessica Arvin, 28 of Bedford, was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Distribution of a Meth Precursor.
Both of the individuals were lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center. Tpooper Brodie Jodry is conducting the ongoing investigation.
