Trimble County Youth League baseball league forming

-A A +A
By The Staff

This is a reminder for all the youngsters that plan on playing tee-ball, Minor League, and Little League this year for the Trimble Co. Youth League. There is still time to get your sign-up forms in. Our try-outs will begin at noon on March 14. We plan on having the try-outs at the Trimble County Park, weather permitting. If bad weather (rain), the try-outs will be at the Bedford Fire House, behind the Bedford Bank. Please give enough time to check the park first, even if it rained in the morning.

For Tee-ball, all applications need to be post marked by March 14. Absolutely NO applications will be accepted after this date. If you would like to turn forms in personally, they will be accepted during our try-outs on March 14. However, Tee-ball players do not try-out.

For Minor League players, applications are due in by try-out time of 12:00, noon. Please make sure that your form is in. Try-outs are mandatory. Everyone will be on a team. This is to ensure the best possible equality of the teams. Once try-outs are completed and coaches finish with drafting, NO applications will be accepted. If unable to make the try-out, please contact a board member.

For Little Leaguers, all applications need to be in by your try-out time of 2:00 pm. Again, no players will be added after the mandatory try-outs and drafting is completed. All players that sign up in any division (by the deadline) shall be placed on a team, regardless of their skill level. If unable to make the try-out, please contact a board member.

If you have any questions about the try-outs or the TCYL, please feel free to call Tammy at 502-255-3434. If you would like to volunteer your time, help, and/or your ideas, it would be greatly welcomed. We still have room on the TCYL board.

Our season is about to take off, don’t be left behind. Come join the fun. Lets make this season as great as, or better than, our past seasons. Hope to see you there.

Tammy Duncan,

TCYL
