Felony

George A. Couch, manufacturing methamphetamine, 1st offense, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia. Not guilty plea entered. $5,000 cash bond; no new offenses; not to possess any illegal drugs. Continue to Aug. 14.
Everett C. Sullivan Jr., criminal mischief, 2nd degree, wanton endangerment, 2nd degree. Bench trial Oct. 2.
William R. Wolfe, manufacturing methamphetamine, 1st offense, possession of controlled sub, 1st degree, 1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia. Not guilty plea entered. $5,000 bond remains same. Preliminary hearing Aug. 14.
Richard E. Wolfe Jr., manufacturing methamphetamine, 1st offense; possession of controlled sub, 1st degree, 1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia. Not guilty plea entered. $5,000 bond at 10% cash. No new offenses, not to possess or consume any illegal drugs.

Misdemeanor

Cheri L. Abbott, theft by unlawful taking under $500. Guilty plea entered. 30 days with 8 days credit, balance of 22 days conditionally discharged for 2 years, stay off Dollar Store properties, no new offenses, court waives court cost, refund bond to surety.
Eiborio Artega Jr., diversion review. Completed, dismissed.
Kelley Artega, diversion review. Completed. Dismissed.
Rebecca L. Bosse, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Continue to Nov. 13.
Kenneth Bowling, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Diversion for 6 months and if no problems will dismiss. No unlawful contact with Glen Fox Sr.; no new offenses, $100 diversion fee due Aug. 21. refund bond to surety.
Jeremy K. Garrett, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree dismissed without prejudice.
Joshua A. Jones, failure to produce insurance, reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Failed to appear, notify DOT and warrant for $750 cash.
Rhonda Lawson, diversion review. Send order to appear on Aug. 21 for proof of counseling.
Gary S. Redfern, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offenses. Continue to Aug. 21.
Linda Schneider, diversion review. Dismiss, successful diversion.
