The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.

Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

The following cases were heard in Trimble County Court the week of July 9 -13, 2012.

Felony

Terri Lee Cull, tampering with physical evidence. Not guilty plea entered. Time waiver signed. Preliminary hearing Sept. 9.
Shaina M. Fornash, failed to appear review. Continue to July 17, need to be transported. No bond.
James W. Hon, receiving stolen property under $10,000, burglary, 3rd degree, criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Aug. 14.

Jason Ballard Webster, review for order for expungment for signing. Continue to July 24.

Misdemeanor

Daniel Bishop, assault 4th degree minor injury. Not guilty plea entered. Amend bond to $500 unsecured; remain law abiding, no contact with complaining witness. Continue to July 24.
Rebecca L. Bosse, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Pretrial conference Aug. 7. No unlawful contact.
Kenneth Bowling, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Continue to July 17.
Joshua Wayne Cull, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Sept. 18 for pretrial conference.
Charles R. Garlinger II, harassing communications. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference July 24.
Jeremy Keith Garrett, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Amend bond to $500 unsecured. No new offenses, take medication as prescribed, no unlawful contact with complaining witness. Continue to Aug. 7.
Kevin Herald, assault 4th degree minor injury-2 times. Continue to Oct. 2.
Joshua A. Jones, failure to produce insurance card, reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Continue to July 24 for final pretrial conference.
Eric C. Klink, review. Continue to Aug. 21.
Robert W. Raisor, review. Continue to July 24.
Manuel D. Rodriquez, show cause for substance abuse treatment assessment. Ok, proof shown.
Gary A. Smith, review for expungement order for signing. Continue to July 24.
Jeffrey A. Smith, flagrant non-support. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause exists. Refer to grand jury for potential indictment. Bond remains same.
Michael Kenneth Sprague, speeding 10 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, 3rd offense, careless driving, obstructed vision and or windshield, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, possess of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, failure to have a signaling device. Not guilty plea entered. $1,000 bond, reside with mother, no new offenses, not to drive, not to possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs, enroll in substance abuse program. Pretrial suspension order. Continue to Aug. 21.

Carrie R. Beatty, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, 2nd offense. Continue to July 24.
Dwayne S. Casteel, speeding 15 mph over limit, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, no or expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure to notify address change to DOT, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Continue to Aug. 7 with proof.
Gregory C. Chatham, show cause for $25 fine due. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Melinda Clark, review for $100 payment due. Ok, paid.
Ruth Corbett, review for diversion. Guilty plea entered. $173 fine and court cost due Dec. 11.
John A. Grahovac, show cause for proof of ADE enrollment. Continue to July 24 for proof.
Jonathan L. Graves, failure to wear seat belts. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Paul D. Hankinson, review. Remand jury trial July 13. Continue to Oct. 5.
Richard E. Henson, failure to produce insurance card, no or expired registration plates. Dismissed, proof shown.
Forrest M. Hunt, hearing for motion and new trial. Under submission with the court.

Dustin Ryan Sutherland, show cause for balance of $628 due. Failed to appear, issue warrant for $658 cash, in defendant’s name only or serve 13 days jail.
William K. Vanbogaert, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. $25 fine due today. Failure to produce insurance card dismissed per proof.
