Emilio Lopez, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card, discharge firearm or other device upon or across a public road, hunting with lights or other illegal means at night, hunting under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substance, wanton endangerment, 1st degree, hunting without a hunter education course completion card, resident hunting, trapping without a license or permit. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Jan. 22 with interpreter.
Everett C. Sullivan Jr., review for sentencing. Failed to appear, issue warrant.

John W. McClellan, fugitive from another state. Defendant waived extradition to Ind. waiver signed.
Robert P. Newberry, show cause for $333 due. Continue to Dec. 17.
Alvin Seals, traffic in marijuana, less then 8 oz.-1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess, possession of marijuana. $500 unsecured bond, no new offenses, not to possess or consume any illegal drugs, make all court appearances.
Zachary D. Shaffer, theft by unlawful taking. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Jan. 8.
Carroll Sullivan Jr., court trial continued to Jan. 22.
Derrick T. Webster, improper registration plate, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, 1st offense. Continue to March 19.

Millard McKinney, failed to appear review. Owed $718-$100 credit for 2 days jail. Balance of $618 due; $200 paid to date. $418 due March 5.
