William B. Patterson, 52, failure to comply with sex offender registration, first offense, assigned to rocket docket.
William Miller, 39, enhancement cultivation of marijuana, five or more plants, first offense; enhancement traffic in marijuana, less than eight ounces, first offense; enhancement drug paraphernalia buy/possess, continued to Feb. 28.

Corey A. Adair, 30, falsely reporting an incident, continued to Jan. 31.
Joseph Christian Aispuro, 34, third-degree criminal mischief, continued to Jan. 31.
Glen A. Fox, 36, fourth-degree domestic violence assault minor injury, continued to Feb. 14.
David W. Hardin, 21, fourth-degree domestic violence assault minor injury, diversion, continued six months, if no problems dismiss.
Jason A. Cochran, 40, fourth-degree child abuse assault, continued to Feb. 1.
Tyler Hortenberry, 19, second-degree disorderly conduct, continued to Jan. 31.
Gregory A. Vititoe, 35, fourth-degree domestic violence assault minor injury, plead guilty, continued to Jan. 31; next case: fourth-degree domestic violence assault minor injury, plead guilty, continued to Jan. 31.
Roby T. Webster, 38, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense; no motorcycle operators license, continued to Jan. 31; no/expired registration plates, dismissed; failure to produce insurance card, dismissed; operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs with bac .08, dismissed.
