Michael K. Sprague, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 4th offense, driving DUI suspended license, 2nd offense in 5 years, aggravator, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Defendant’s bond amended to $1,000 unsecured, remain law abiding, not to possess or consume any illegal drugs or alcohol, be enrolled in an inpatient treatment program, immediately and file proof within 48 hours, if not original bond will be reinstated; not to drive. Lori Alsman, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to DUI, 1st offense. $718 fine and court cost due. Leaving scene of accident or failure to render aid or assistance, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle merged and dismissed.
