Theodore Charles Bachmann, diversion review. No further violations reported. Dismissed.
Bethany Diane McClain, local county ordinance dismissed.
Harry Ross, assault 4th degree minor injury. Not guilty plea entered 6-month diversion review for dismissal April 19.
Lori Shirk, show cause for $219 due. Defendant paid $90, continue to Nov. 20.
Kimberly Smitha, theft by unlawful taking. Guilty plea entered. 30 days conditionally discharged for 2 years. No contact with Dollar General.

Amy A. Chatterton, operating on suspended or revoked operators license amended to no operators license in possession. Guilty plea entered. $243 fine and court cost due Nov. 20.
Richard Cravens, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Continue to Nov. 20.
Lynette Durham, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 2nd offense. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Nov. 20.
Jordane Edmondson, show cause for $73 due. Defendant made payment, continue until Oct. 23.
Michael J. Hall, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to DUI, 1st $718 with payment due by March 12; enroll and attend Alcohol and Drug Education Program for 1st offenders by Nov. 20. Suspension of license for 30 days.
Brittney L. Luckett, show cause for $783 due. Defendant made payment. Continue to Oct 22; if not paid then court must consider time to serve for one payment.
Machiel A.
