Allen T. Crenshaw, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, 1st offense, carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Continue to Oct. 9.
Phillip Durham, fugitive from another state-dismissed, defendant out of custody-2 charges.
Verlin L. Isaac, show cause for $153 court costs due. Continue to Oct. 15 to pay in full or appear.
Joseph D. Simmonds, review. Remand.
Michael K. Sprague, review remand Oct. 9; continue to Oct. 16.
Paul R. Trippett Jr., burglary, 2nd degree, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Bond amended to $10,000 at 10% cash; reside in Henry County with father; no contact with complaining witness; stay out of Trimble County except for court. Continue to Nov. 13.

Joyce Mae Brewer, harassment, no physical contact. Dismissed without prejudice.

Butch T. Hayes, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Oct. 16.
Kevin Herald, assault 4th degree minor injury-2 counts. Pretrial conference Jan. 22; jury trial Feb. 8.
Eric C. Klink, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Continue to Nov. 27.
Jeremy Liter, diversion review. Dismissed successful diversion.
Melissa Long, confinement and control of dogs at night. Failed to appear. Issue bench warrant for $250.
James P. McFarland, assault 4th degree domestic violence no visible injury. Diversion for 12 months and if no problems, will dismiss. No unlawful contact with complaining witness. $100 diversion fee due Nov. 8.
Manuel D. Rodriquez, show cause for $200 due. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $230 cash, no surety.
Michael Kenneth Sprague, speeding 10 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, 3rd offense, careless driving, obstructed vision and/or windshield, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, failure to have a signaling device. Continue to Oct. 16.
Paul R. Trippett Jr., violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 13. Remand to Oct. 16.
Melissa G. Wackenthaler, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Continue to Oct. 16. Unauthorized use of motor vehicle, 1st offense, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Continue to Oct. 16.
Derrick T. Webster, improper registration plate, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, 1st offense. Continue to Oct. 16.
