The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.

Felony

Kirk S. Lewis, assault 1st degree-domestic violence. Continue to July 19 for review.
Christy Riddle, theft of mail matter-2, attempted theft of mail matter, complicity theft of mail matter. Failed to appear, issue warrant for $1500 cash, no bail credit-flight risk.
Bobby Joe Troxell, continue to Aug. 9 for revocation hearing.
Terry Gene Works, wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Amend bond to $2500, remain law abiding, no contact with complaining witness or other people, reside at alternate address. Continue to July 19.

David M. Vonch, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference July 26.

John A. Grahovac, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to or improper signal. Not guilty plea entered. Amend bond to ROR, remain law abiding, not to drive without a valid license or insurance, not to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage. Continue to Aug. 23.
Tiffany R. Hamilton, failure to wear seat belts. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Breanna C. Irons, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and under 21 years of age, possessing open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference July 16.

McFarland Sr., failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. Continue to Aug. 16.
Eugenio A. Mendoza, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 3rd offense. Guilty plea to amended charge of DUI, 1st. $718 fine and 30 day loss of privilege to drive. Driving on DUI suspended license, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to amended charge of operating on suspended license. $250 fine and attend ADE program. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered. $500 fine. No or expired Kentucky registration receipt, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, disregarding stop sign, disregarding or failing to yield right of way merged and dismissed. $1468 fine and court cost due Feb. 21, apply any bond not forfeited.
Holly J. Minder, failure to wear seat belts. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Terrell L. Rice, review. Guilty plea to failure to wear seat belts. $25 fine. Failure to produce insurance card dismissed per proof. Recall DOT.
Stewart J. Scott, failure to produce insurance card. Dismissed per proof.
Jonathan D. Scroggins, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered. $500 fine and $143 court cost due Feb. 21. Obstructed vision and or windshield merged and dismissed.
John W. Sparrow, no or expired registration plates dismissed per proof. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered. $243 fine and court cost due July 26.
Jeremy D. Sullivan, review. Continue to Aug. 16 and be enrolled in ADE program. In 2nd case: remand for jury trial Aug. 11; Aug. 18 for suppression hearing.
Tim R. Wise, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to DUI, 1stoffense. Jail-4 days, credit 2; attend and complete ADE program; 30 days loss of license; $18 fine and court cost due May 15; remand jury for trial Aug. 12.
Brian D. Woosley, failure to produce insurance card dismissed per proof.
Robert V. Yates, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Aug. 9.
