Trimble County Emergency Management is hosting an 8-hour CPR class at the Trimble County Extension Office Building from 6:30-10:30. This two day class is Red Cross Training and is only $5 to be paid on the day of sign up.

Trimble County Public Library will host a Basic Computer Class from 10-11 a.m. If you are a beginner to the world of computers, come and ask question. This class will be repeated on Dec. 21. Sign up by calling 502-255-7362.
Tri- County C AA will be doing an open enrollment for any new Medicare Prescription drug plans part D for those who have any questions on your old Part D plans from 12 to 2. Call 255-7514 for appt. Please bring a list of current medications. The drug plan enrollment will end on Dec 7, 2012.

The Trimble County Lady Raiders basketball team opens their season at home against Gallatin County. Varsity game begins at 7:30 p.m.

JCTC Trimble County Adult Education offers FREE tutoring for GED preparation, brush up on academic skills, college preparation, National Career Readiness Certificate through ACT (to improve employability), paraeducator testing, learning to speak English, and more. The Center is open Monday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for classes and open lab. Testing and orientations are given on Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment. Classes and some appointments are available on Wednesdays. Other appointments are available. Students may earn incentives and great prizes for reaching certain milestones while supplies last.
