Wednesday, July 18
 Ages K-2nd grade: Celebrate books and reading in book club!  This is a fun program for kids who have outgrown story times but still love to share stories, play games and make a craft at the library! Starts at 10:30 a.m.

Trimble County Public Library offers teen crafters for 7th graders and up an opportunity to craft Pop Tab Bracelets from 2-3 p.m.  Bring a friend, listen to music and get artsy. It is yours to keep. Registration is not required.

King’s Daughters’ Hospital & Health Services Blood Drive, Conference Rooms A & B, one King’s Daughters’ Drive, Madison from 12 noon to 5 p.m. to schedule an appointment, please contact Angela Lauster.

The Trimble County Board of Education meets at the school administration building on Wentworth Avenue at 6 p.m.

Trimble County Public Library ask you to Come play along in the garbage can band starting at 10:30 a.m.! Registration is not required.

Trimble County Historical Society’s monthly meeting at 1 p.m. at Trimble County Public Library.

Milton United Methodist Church will hold an ‘Auction for Christ’ fundraier in the new Fellowship Hall at 5 p.m. Wesley Cox, Auctioneer will auction household and miscellaneous items. All proceeds go towards the building fund or Church maintenance fund. Open to public.

Coming Together as Weavers of Light at Rainbow Spiritual Education Center, 2701 Lindsay Ave, Louisville, KY.  from 7-9 p.m.

Bedford City Commission  meets at 10 a.m. at Bedford City Hall. NOTE: This meeting was postponed from last Monday.

Trimble County Band Pre-Camp will be held at the TC High School from 8 a.m.-noon for All Guard and Percussion members.

Come to the Trimble County Public Library  at 10:30 a.m. to see and learn about Nocturnal Animals from around the world.  You will meet animals who are awake while you are dreaming! Registration is not required and is opened to all ages.

Bedford Masonic Lodge No. 158 F&AM meets the fourth Monday of each month. New meeting place is the old Methodist Church located at 266 Church St.

JCTC Trimble Co. Adult Education offers FREE tutoring for GED preparation, brush up on academic skills, college preparation, National Career Readiness Certicate through ACT (to improve  employability), paraeducator testing, learning to speak English, and more. The Center is open Monday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for classes and open lab.  Testing and orientations are given on Tuesdays by appointment.  Classes and some appointments are available on Wednesday.  Other appointments are available. Students may earn incentives and great prizes for reaching certain goals.  Summer workshops for GED and college preparation will begin soon. Call (502) 255-9191.
