The Trimble County Alumni Association will meet at the Trimble County Public Library at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 30. The meeting is open to all persons interested in event planning for next year’s Alumni Banquet and the upcoming centennial of Trimble County High School.

Madison Regatta testing and qualifying occur on Friday with the popular “Pole Position” Unlimited qualifications set between 2:30–4:30 p.m. Saturday brings more testing in the morning with the first sets of heat racing starting at 1:15 p.m. with more heat racing all day Sunday leading up to the final heat at 4:20 p.m.

Trimble County Hymn Sing will be at 7 p.m. at the Bedford United Methodist Church. Everyone welcome.
JCTC Trimble County Adult Education is open for your educational needs this summer beginning on July 11, 2011. The Center offers free services for GED preparation, college preparation, paraeducator testing, ESL, National Career Readiness Certificate, and more. Trimble County Arts Council is sponsoring an art exhibit during the month of June at the Trimble County Library. Adults from Trimble County and the surrounding area (Madison Ind., and Carroll, Henry, and Oldham counties) have entered. The show will be on display beginning the first week of June.
