Thursday, Jan. 12
Trimble County Project Prom will meet at 6:30 p.m. at TCHS in room 209.

Milton City Commission will meet at the Milton Municipal Building for their regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m.

The Trimble County Raiders will host Williamstown in high school boys’ basketball. The freshmen game begins at 5 p.m. followed by junior varsity and varsity action.

Trimble County Public Library will hold a Computer Basics & More workshop from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Call the library at 502-255-7362 to reserve your place in the class.

Saturday, Jan. 14
Small Ruminant Grazing Conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Western Kentucky University Ag Expo, Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Sunday, Jan. 15
New Life Assembly of God Church will host guest evangelists Don and Doris Carver during the 10:30 a.m. service.

Monday, Jan. 16
Bedford City Commission will meet at the Morgan Community Center for their regular monthly meeting at 10 a.m.

Trimble County Fiscal Court  will meet for their regular monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. at the judge-executive’s office.

Trimble County Board of Education will meet at 6 p.m. at the Administration Offices on Wentworth Ave.

The Trimble County Raiders will host Eminence at 6 p.m. in the Eight Region Class A high school boys’ basketball tournament.

TC Apple Festival committe meeting at 7 p.m. at the Judge’s meeting Room.

USDA Beginning Farmer Rancher Program “KyFarmStart” program begins 9 a.m. at the Shelby County Extension Office

Saturday, Jan. 21
Trimble County Lady Raiders host Conner in high school basketball. Freshmen game 5 p.m., junior varsity 6 p.m. followed by varsity game at approximately 7:30 p.m..

Annual Red Cross Blood Drive at TCMS Gym from 1-6 p.m. To schedule an appointment, contact Carla Goins at Carla.goins@trimble.kyschools.us. Each middle school student who recruits at least one donor will receive a Red Cross watch.

Trimble CARES will meet at noon at the Trimble County Cooperative Extention Office. Lunch provided.

JCTC Trimble Co. Adult Education offers FREE tutoring for GED preparation, brush up on academic skills, college preparation, National Career Readiness Certicate, paraeducator testing, learning to speak English, and more. The Center is open Monday and Thursday from 8 A.M. to 3 P.M. for classes and open lab. Classes and some appointments are available on Wednesday.  Testing and orientations are given on Tuesdays by appointment.  Some evening appointments are available.  While supplies last, students may earn incentives for reaching certain goals.  For more information and to make an appointment, please call 502-255-9191.
