Kentucky Speedway, Kentucky State Police, KDOT District 6 and the Kentucky Tourism Council collaborated to form a comprehensive traffic and parking plan designed to accommodate more than 100,000 race fans that will converge on the commonwealth during  the facility’s July 7-9 NASCAR tripleheader weekend which will feature the inaugural “Quaker State 400.”
