Thomas W. Ely, 33, Bedford, died Saturday, July 7, 2012.

Born Nov. 27, 1978, he was the son of Sandra Ely and the late Melvin Lee Ely, Jr.

Survivors include his mother, Sandra Ely, Seymour, Ind.; sister, Angela Reyes, Tonkawa, Okla.; three brothers, Melvin Ely, III and Donald Ely, both of Bedford, and William Ely, LaGrange; two sons, Christopher Trey Ely, Pekin, Ind., and Benjamin Justice Ely, Madison, Ind., and numerous cousins.

Services were held Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.

Cremation was chosen.
