TCHS track teams compete at Carrollton

The Trimble County High school track team competed in the Carroll County All Comers Meet at Carroll County High School last week.

Trimble’s girls brought home a second place finish among nine teams competing. The boys finished seventh among eight teams.

Trimble’s female athletes and their events included:

100 meter dash—freshman Ashby Drake, 20th, 16.36; sophomore Savannah Moore, 21st, 16.80.

200 meter dash—junior Kelsie Courtney, first place, 28.34; freshman Hannah Whitaker, 15th, 32.74; freshman Courtney Matthews, 22nd, 34.80.
