Sylvia Dean Jones Lofton, 82

Sylvia Dean Jones Lofton, 82, of Bedford, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville.  The daughter of the late John Turner and Hattie Cravens Jones, she was a member of Sulphur Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Dalton Junior Lofton, II; five brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her husband, Dalton Junior Lofton, Bedford; two daughters, Brenda Taylor Shiley, Bedford, and Donna Gene Hite, Tenn.; a son Jack LD Taylor, Bedford; two sisters, a brother, nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren
