Search team attends training

Trimble County’s Emergency Search Unit had 12 members attend the Last Search and Rescue conference of the year. Unit members received training in CERT Awareness, Crime Scene Investigation and Water Rescue. The Trimble unit had an enjoyable time working with other search teams from Ohio, Missouri, Kentucky and Indiana. It is a good feeling to see how all these people come together to work as one. “We had a night search during which there were several subjects ‘hurt’ or ‘deceased,’” according to Teresa Rhea.
