In light of the tragic school shooting in Newtown, Conn., on Friday, Carroll Superintendent Lisa James said Monday afternoon that the main goal at her schools was to stick to the normal routine, which is exactly what officials at the Kentucky Center for School Safety at Eastern Kentucky University encourage districts to do.
