Walter R. Holcomb, theft by unlawful taking. Defendant waives to grand jury, waiver signed, refer to grand jury.
Amber D. Huff, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Nov. 15.
William Scott Lisby, receiving stolen property under $10,000, theft by unlawful taking, possession of burglary tools, possession of marijuana. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Nov. 8. Bond will remain.
Kristen Middeler, show proof of enrollment in drug treatment program. Continue to Nov. 29.
Jason Willard Payton, receiving stolen property under $10,000, theft by unlawful taking, possession of burglary tools, no operators/moped license. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Nov. 8. Bond remains same.
Tabitha R. Robertson, burglary, 2nd degree. Preliminary hearing Nov. 29.
Kenneth Ray Towles, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 8. Bond remains same.
Bobby J. Troxell, review. County attorney remands motion to revoke, release holder warrant, release bond.
Joseph R. Wyssbrod, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Time waiver signed. Continue to Jan. 24. Apply and assign and release $18,000 to DCS.

Misdemeanor

Adam Lee Artis, review for diversion dismissal. Dismiss, successful diversion.
James G. Byers Jr., review for diversion dismissal. Dismiss, successful diversion.
Holly C. Hawkins, disorderly conduct, 2nd degree, fleeing or evading police, end degree merged and dismissed. Guilty plea entered. $253 fine and court cost due April. 17.
David C. Liter, diversion completion. Dismissed, successful diversion.
Kimberly Puckett, contempt hearing. Apply bond to restitution, fees and court cost of $345.19 per CCDC and assignment.
Robert A. Rowlett, assault 4th degree minor injury. Guilty plea entered. 30 days conditionally discharged for 2 yrs, no new offenses, no unlawful contact with complaining witness. $203 court cost and PD fee due Jan. 10. Assault 4th degree minor injury merged and dismissed.
Melissa Gale Wackenthaler, review for assault 4th degree no visible injury. Bench trial Dec. 13.
Steven Wayne Williams, speeding 26 mph over or greater than limit, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, 1st offense, drug unspecified, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with .08, aggravator, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered continue to Nov. 29.
Suzanne J. Woosley, theft by deception-2 counts. Guilty plea entered. Make restitution at $100 a month, starting Nov. 11 and each month until $733.50 is paid in full.

Derrick S. Barnhill, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Continue to Nov. 29 for bench trial.
Michael W. Beatty, failure to produce insurance card, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 2nd offense. Bench trail Dec. 13.
Bethany Nicole Durham, review. Remand.
Taylor Fox, show cause for $100 due. Paid, continue to Nov.11 for next payment.
Terrell D. Ginn, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense, license to be in possession. Continue to Dec. 13.
John A. Grahovac, show cause for ADE classes due. Failed to appear. Issue warrant $250 cash and proof of ADE enrollment.
Danton Ross Harper, show cause for $618 due. Failed to appear. Issue warrant and $673 cash, no surety.
Chad A. Keller, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 2nd offense, failure to produce insurance card dismissed per proof, careless driving, rear license not illuminated merged and dismissed. Guilty plea entered. $718 fine and court cost due April 17, 30-day loss of license, attend and complete ADE classes with proof of enrollment due Nov. 14.
Porsche R. Klare, failure to wear seat belts, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card. Continue to Nov. 29 with proof.
Michael R. Marksberry, show cause for $22 due. Paid $11, continue to Nov. 15 to pay balance.
Machiel A. Martin, review for release of bond. Release bond per assignment to attorney McCardwell.
Kristen Leah Middeler, show proof of license. Continue to Nov. 29.
Joshua D. Ross, one headlight. Guilty plea entered. $20 fine. Operating on suspended or revoked operators license amended to license not in possession. Guilty plea entered. $163 fine and court cost due. Apply bond to fine and court cost and mail balance to defendant.
Juan C. Salvador, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense; failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card amended to failure to maintain insurance, 1st offense, no operators or moped license. Guilty plea entered. $943 fine and court cost due; apply $500 bond; balance $443 due today.
Gary A. Serrano, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 2nd or more offenses, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt. Failed to appear, warrant $2,000 cash. Send bond forfeiture notice and issue notice to DOT.
Darren Sutherland, speeding 3 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08 aggravator, failure to wear seat belts, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, improperly on the left side of road, reckless driving. Not guilty plea entered. $1,000 surety, remain law abiding, not to possess or use any alcohol, make all court appears, pretrial suspension order signed. Pretrial conference Nov. 29.
Charles Whitham, careless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Nov. 29.
Nicholas F. Woodcox, show cause for $25 due. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
