Felony
Matthew D. Andrew, assault 4th degree minor injury, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 8. Commonwealth has satisfied discovery requests.
Daphne D. Embrey, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 8.
Jack M. Hicks, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, buy or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Probable cause found, refer to Trimble County grand jury.
Christopher A. Kurtz, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Nov. 8.
Penelope Lynn McCormick, flagrant non-support. Guilty plea entered to amended non-support, 1st offense. 279 days conditionally discharged for 2 years.
Arturo C. Ramos, wanton endangerment, 1st degree amended to wanton endangerment, 2nd degree, terroroistic threatening, 3rd degree, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Guilty plea entered. 3 days on each count to run concurrently.
Richard Troy Thompson, flagrant non-support. Continue to Nov. 8.

Misdemeanor
Matthew D. Andrew, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 8. Commonwealth has satisfied discovery requests.
Amberly Beeler, show cause for $280.50 due. Failed to appear. Warrant for $310.50.
Diana Birch, sentencing-2 cases. Defendant will begin paying $200 per month starting Nov. 1 for each case. Review Nov. 8.
Billy G. Frazier, review for bond release to surety. Release bond.
Bobby D. Harper, cultivating in marijuana less then 5 plants, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 22.
Heather M. Harper, sentencing. Guilty plea on charge 1-365 days conditionally discharged for 2 years. Guilty plea on charge 2-365 days conditionally discharged for 2 years. 50 hours PSW by Jan. 17 and proof of SA program by Nov. 22.
Brandi N. Jones-Flint, attempted assault 4th degree no visible injury. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 22.
Kimberly Kelley, diversion review. Diversion completed, dismissed.
Kevin L. Kurtz, theft by deception-cold checks. Guilty plea entered. Restitution, fees and court cost $291 due today.
Elizabeth I. Linton, theft by deception-cold checks-2 counts. Guilty plea entered. Restitution, fees and court cost of $434.25 due Feb. 28.
Duskie J. Matthews, show cause for $548.61 due. Defendant paid $100, continue to Nov. 8 for balance.
Bethany D. McClain, show proof of anger management classes. Continue to Nov. 8.
Cory Pyles, hearing for proof of SA completion and balance due. Defendant says he is paid in full.
Jessie Howard Riley, diversion review. Dismissed.
Joseph A. Simmonds, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Guilty plea entered. 60 days to serve, 20 days conditionally discharged for 2 years.
William Thacker, theft by deception-cold checks. Guilty plea entered. Restitution, fees and court cost $296.25.

Elias Avelar, no operators/moped license. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Nov. 22.
Carey J. Caple, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator, 2nd offense, no or expired registration plates. Final pretrial conference Jan. 3; jury trial Jan. 19.
Brittney L. Luckett, speeding 20 mph over limit, operating on suspended or revoked operators license amended to no operator’s license in possession, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security 2nd or more offenses. Guilty plea entered (not final). Continue to Nov. 22 for proof of paid 6 months insurance. No or expired registration plates dismissed.
Kenneth Miller, speeding 18 mph over limit, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Failed to appear. Notify DOT and warrant for $250.
Aaron L. Stombaugh, failure to produce insurance card. Case dismissed.
Carla W. Thacker, proof of 6 months paid insurance. Recall warrant and notification to DOT. $1,000 fine with $500 suspended. Fine and court cost $643 due Mar. 13.
Joseph Douglas Tilley, review to sign pretrial suspension termination. Order signed.
Jack A. Wilson, reckless driving, driving DUI suspended license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense, license to be in possession, speeding 10 mph over limit, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance, failure to give oncoming vehicle 1/2 of highway. Failed to appear. Warrant $1,000. Bond forfeiture notice for Nov. 22.
Cody M. Woods, failure to produce insurance card. Dismissed.
