Felony
John W. Downey, theft by unlawful taking/disp-all others. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Oct. 18; remain law abiding, no contact with Mr. Mullins, no contact with any of the co-defendants.
Dustin W. Garrison, bond forfeiture hearing. Failed to appear. Apply bond to court cost and balance forfeited.
Kristin Middeler, motion to revoke conditional discharge time. Continue to Oct. 18.
Christopher Smith, wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Bonded out.
Christopher Gerald Smolik, flagrant non-support. Continue to Oct. 18 for phone conference to reschedule.

Misdemeanor
Lindsay Frank Hensley Jr., assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Oct. 18.
David R. Rabourn, Show cause for proof of marijuana education classes. Ok, proof shown.
Steven Wayne Williams, speeding 26 mph over or greater than limit, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance, drug unspecified, 1st offense, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense. Continue to Nov. 1 for pretrial conference.

Traffic
Michael W. Beatty, court trial to be rescheduled, continue to Oct. 18.
Joshua Broughton, failure to wear seat belts. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Melinda Clark, review for Sept. payment. Ok, paid.
William D. Clark, failed to appear review-need proof of ADE. Ok, proof shown.
Bethany Edington, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Dismissed per proof.
Kerri A. Elliott, failure to wear seat belts. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Dawn A. Haney, diversion review. Dismissed-successful diversion.
Bob L. Holcomb, speeding 10 mph over limit. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Joshua Johnson, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. $25 fine paid.
James E. Parker, show cause for $25 due. Ok, paid.
Kristopher L. Parrish, license to be in possession. Dismissed proof shown.

Adam Q. Pollard, review. Recall DOT for any Failed to appear’s.
Juan C. Salvador, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, no operators/moped license. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Oct. 18, needs interpreter.
Jeremy D. Sullivan, suppression hearing. Continue to Oct. 18.
Dustin Ryan Sutherland, show cause for proof of compliance with ADE program. Ok, proof shown of ADE in file.
D.V. Weil, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered $25 fine paid. Failure to produce insurance card, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt dismissed per proof.
Nicholas F. Woodcox, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. $25 fine due Nov. 1. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense dismissed per proof. Failure to notify address change to DOT dismissed and merged.
Stephen D. Young, speeding 16 mph over limit. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
