Gary R. Bailey, failure to produce insurance card, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, wanton endangerment, 1st degree, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, 2nd offense, license to be in possession. Continue, defendant bonded out.
Christopher T. Fluhr, burglary, 1st degree. Refer to Grand Jury, probable cause found.

Misdemeanor
Matthew D.  Andrew, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Continue to Oct. 25.
Diana Birch, review. Continue to Oct. 11 for revocation hearing.
Billy G. Frazier, review. Court entered order.
William Gaddis, show cause for $367.43 due. Defendant paid $30, continue to Oct. 11 for balance or jail.
Danton Harper, show cause for $385.50 due. Failed to appear, bench warrant for $415.50.
Heather Harper, cultivating marijuana less then 5 plants, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia-buying or possessing. Continue to Oct. 11.
Brandi Nichole Jones-Flint, assault 4th degree no visible injury. Recall warrant and amend to attempted assault. Pretrial conference Oct. 25.
Eric C. Klink, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, buying or possessing. Guilty plea entered. $653 fine and court cost due Mar. 27, 45 days conditionally discharged for 2 years and enrollment in Substance abuse classes due Nov. 8.
Kevin Lee McClain, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Continue to Oct. 11.
Kimberly Puckett, show cause for $345.19 due. Defendant found in contempt of court for failure to pay as ordered. Sentencing Oct. 11.
Joseph A. Simmonds, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Continue to Oct. 25.
Mark Wasson, review. Expungment signed.
Davey Glenn Wright, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, menacing. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Nov. 8.

Traffic
Michael D. Bayne, to resolve or set for trial. Not guilty plea entered. Bench trial Dec. 20.
Patrick R. Box, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Defendant to have operator’s license Oct. 25.
Tia E. Carmack, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 2nd or more offense. Fines and court cost $893 due Feb. 28. Failure to notify address change to DOT, failure to register motor vehicle dismissed.
Darian T. Carter, failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to or give improper signal dismissed. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense, failure to wear seat belts. Fine and court cost of $668 due Feb. 28.
Jonny R. Chambers, show cause to pay balance of fines and proof of DUI program. Continue to Oct. 11 to be enrolled in DUI classes and have additional payment.
Paul S. Cox, show cause for $118 due. Paid $25, continue to Oct. 25 for balance.

Kenneth W. Miller, speeding 18 mph over limit, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Continue to Oct. 25. Failure to produce insurance card amended to No insurance dismissed per proof.
Kenneth M. Okonski, speeding 20 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Oct. 11.
Tiffany R. Patrick, no or expired registration plates dismissed.
