The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.
Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

Jeremy Ray Cottrill, receiving stolen property under $10,000, no operators or moped license. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Sept. 20.
Sean Matthew Dunlavy, receiving stolen property under $10,000. Waived to Trimble County grand jury.
Jimmie Graham Fox, other hearing. Defendant stipulates violation of CD order, sentencing Oct. 11; defendant to serve jail time if he has not been paying arrears.

Theodore Charles Bachmann, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Oct. 11.

Kenneth Wayne Breeden, review-to-review diversion for dismissal. Dismissed.
George E. Carter Jr., show cause for $378 due. Defendant paid $350 today, defendant to pay balance by Sept. 20 or serve 1 day in jail.
James Fox, show cause for $743 due. If not paid then warrant for $773 and notice to DOT.
Billy G. Frazier, illegal possession of legend drug. Continue to Sept. 29. Indecent exposure, 1st degree, 1st offense, indecent exposure, 2nd degree. Trial date reaffirmed. Court to enter orders on indecent exposure motions; motions for 404(b), defendant may file response. Need 40 jurors called.
Heather Harper, cultivating in marijuana less then 5 plants, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia-to buy or possess. Continue to Sept. 27.
Bethany Diane McClain, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Guilty plea entered. Defendant entered plea of guilty, rights read on record, waived right to have attorney present. Sentence to 30 days jail conditionally discharged for 2 years; fine and court cost of $250 due and proof of anger management enrollment due Oct. 25.
Kevin Lee McClain, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Continue to Sept. 27.
Kimberly Puckett, show cause for $340.19. Continue to Sept. 27 and if not paid then jail.
Riley Cleveland, review for order granting discovery. County attorney to provide answers to discovery to counsel.
William Z. Barnes, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card amended to No Insurance, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Oct. 11.
Kenneth Wayne Breeden, review. Non-compliance issues, no action.
Tia E. Carmack, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure of nonowner operator to maintain required insurance 2nd or more offense, failure to notify address change to DOT, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. Continue to Sept. 27, defendant does not have license.
Steven L. Drury, show cause for $50 due. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Zackery A. Ensmimger, no operators or moped license, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. $268 fines and court cost due today.
Nathan Gilbertson, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense, careless driving. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Sept 27.
Brittney L. Luckett, speeding 20 mph over limit, no or expired registration plates, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to produce insurance card amended to no insurance, 2nd offense. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Oct. 25.
Lisa G. McClellan, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to notify address change to DOT dismissed.
William C. Nead, speeding 14 mph over limit. 6-month diversion. Pay $100 diversion fee, review on Mar. 13.
Kenneth M. Okonski, speeding 20 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Sept. 27.
Adam Q. Pollard, failed to appear review. Refer to Judge Wheeler.
Carla W. Thacker, failure to produce insurance card amended to no insurance, 2nd degree. Continue to Oct 11 for defendant to have proof of 6 months paid insurance with proof by receipt.
