Christy L. Ratliff, flagrant non-support. Waived to grand jury.
Joseph D. Simmonds, wanton endangerment, 1st degree-4 counts, rape, 1st degree, sodomy, 1st degree, terroristic threatening, burglary, 1st degree, theft by unlawful taking. Probable cause found, refer matter to Trimble County grand jury.

Jimmy S. Barnett, review. Under submission.
George E. Carter Jr., review. Defendant has not paid balance, paid $300 today, balance of $378 due Sept. 13. Proof of enrollment in drug counseling shown.
Heather M. Harper, cultivating marijuana less than 5 plants, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia, buy or possession. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Sept. 13.
Brandi Nichole Jones-Flint, assault 4th degree no visible injury. Continue to Sept. 27.
William McCoy, theft of services. Guilty plea (not final) entered. 12 month diversion. Review Aug. 28. Pay restitution on Sept. 13 and Oct. 11.
Kimberly Puckett, show cause. Defendant paid $20, Continue to Sept. 13 for balance.
Joseph A. Simmonds, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO; carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Sept. 27.
Everett C. Sullivan Jr., criminal mischief, 2nd degree. Add charge #2: retaliating against participant in legal process. Failed to appear, warrant for $1,000.
Clyde Travis, failed to appear review. Apply bond to restitution and fees.
Christopher B. West, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Guilty plea entered. 30 days jail conditionally discharged for 2 years. Court cost $153, apply bond and refund balance. Proof of anger management due Oct. 11.

Elias Avelar, no operators/moped license. Failed to appear. Warrant for $250.
Keegan Berry, speeding 15 mph over limit. Guilty plea entered. $173 fine and court cost due Dec. 20. License to be in possession dismissed.
Joseph B. Bush, show cause for $25 due. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Connie Sue Castillo, guilty plea entered. $263 fine and court cost due Nov. 22.
