The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.

Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

Joseph D. Simmonds, wanton endangerment, 1st degree-4 charges, rape, 1st degree, sodomy, 1st degree, terroristic threatening. Not guilty plea entered. A copy of EPO/DVO Trimble Family Court hearing.
Joseph D. Simmonds, burglary, 1st degree, theft by unlawful taking. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Aug. 30.
Carroll Everett Sullivan Jr., wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing Sept. 20.

Misdemeanor
Eiborio Artega Jr., local county ordinance. Pass for 12 months and if no problems will dismiss. No new offenses.
Kelley Artega, local county ordinance. Pass for 12 months and if no problems will dismiss. No new offenses.
David G. Cottrell, kinds of licenses and tags. Dismiss without prejudice per county attorney.
Christopher Fluhr, failed to appear review. In lieu of fine and court cost-1 day of jail credit and close out.
Raymond Thomas Payton, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference Sept. 6.
Nicole Pollard, show cause for $1 due. Court waives $1 restitution fee.
Yader A. Rostran Gomes, show cause for $243 due. Continue to Sept. 6 to be paid in full.
Linda Schneider, review. Pass for 12 months and if no problems will dismiss; no new offenses; comply with Trimble County Nuisance Ordinance.
Richard Schneider Jr., review. Pass for 12 months and if no problems will dismiss; no new offenses, comply with nuisance ordinance.
Carroll Sullivan Jr., local county ordinance. Continue pretrial conference to Sept. 20.
Dustin Ryan Sutherland, show cause for $50 diversion fee. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $80 cash, no surety.
Charles William Worley, show cause for $393 due. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $423 cash, no surety.

Traffic
Jimmy Bostick, show cause for $93 due. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $123 and notify DOT.
Shannon Lee Carter, show cause for $243. Paid $45 today, continue to Sept. 20 to be paid in full.
Melinda Clark, sentencing. Proof of enrollment in ADE program due Sept. 6; attend and complete ADE program; 30 days loss of license; 7 days jail-0 credit 4 days Labor day, 3 days weekend; balance of 23 conditionally discharged for 2 years; pay restitution of $3,806.73 plus 5% fee at $190.34. Fine and court cost of $718; grand total of $4,715.07 to be paid at $100 before end of month starting Sept. 11 until paid in full.
Boyce B. Edens, diversion. Dismissed, successful diversion.
Jamie S. Floyd, failed to appear review. Dismiss, proof and recall DOT.
Taylor Fox, revocation hearing. Defendant admits violation of conditionally discharge. 90 days purge himself of by paying $100 a month by end of each month and if any missed will serve 90 days.
John A. Grahovac, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense; failure to produce insurance card, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to or improper signal. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Sept. 20.
Douglas Hopper, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with 08, aggravator, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to dui, 1st offense with aggravator. $718 fine and court cost due Feb. 21; 7 days jail-2 day credit; attend and complete ADE program with proof of enrollment due Sept. 6; 30 days loss of license. No operators or moped license, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts merged and dismissed.
Ronald E. Kimberly, license to be in possession. Dismissed, proof.
Dillan M. Krueger, speeding 10 mph over limit. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Michael R. Marksberry, review for proof of any vehicle in name. Proof shown, continue to Oct. 18 to pay in full.
Ernest V. McKeand, show cause for $163. Failed to appear, notify DOT. Issue warrant for $193 cash, no surety for fine and court cost.
Nicholle K. Miller, failure to notify address change to DOT dismissed per proof. Recall DOT notice. Operating vehicle with expired operators license dismissed per proof. Operating on suspended or revoked operators license amended to license not in possession. Guilty plea entered. Failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. No or expired Kentucky Registration Receipt. Guilty plea entered. Fines and court cost of $188 due.
Adam Q. Pollard, show cause for $218 due. Failed to appear, notify DOT, issue warrant for $248 cash, no surety.
Jeremiah S. Sharp, failed to appear review. Issue warrant for $1,000 cash.
John W. Sparrow, failed to appear review. Apply bond to fine and court cost; refund $30 overpayment and recall DOT.
James P. Wright, improper registration plate merged and dismissed. No operators or moped license. Guilty plea entered. $243 fine and court cost due Oct. 18.
