The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.
Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

James C. South, non-support, 1st offense amended to flagrant non-support, 1st offense. Waived to Grand Jury.

Billy G. Frazier, review. Continue to Sept. 13.
Nadine Greenslit, other hearing. $49 printer had not been recovered; court said plaintiff may sue in small claims court.
Heather M. Harper, cultivate in marijuana less then 5 plants, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Aug. 30.
James A. Hodge, failed to appear review. Apply bond to fines and court cost and sheriff fees, if any and close case.
Joshua L. Hutslar, show cause for $503 due. Paid in full.
Eric C. Klink, possession of marijuana, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Sept. 27.
William McCoy, theft of services. Continue to Aug. 30.
Brandon C. Price, assault 4th degree domestic violence no visible injury. Dismissed without prejudice.
Cleveland Riley, revocation hearing. Jury trial Oct. 14.

Jordan M. Scocozza, riding on bow, etc while motorboat underway. Dismiss without prejudice.
Joseph A. Simmonds, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Aug. 30.
Jessica Southworth, failed to appear review. Apply bond to Diversion fee, $25 to bond fee, refund sheriff fee.
Geri Stark, show cause for $393 due. Failed to appear. Warrant for $423.
Christopher B. West, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Pretrial conference Aug. 30.
Keegan Berry, speeding 15 mph over limit, license to be in possession. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Aug. 30.
Patrick R. Box, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to Sept. 27.
Connie Sue Castillo, speeding 10 mph over limit, failure to produce insurance card amended to failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Michael S. Durham, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered. $500 fine. Motorcycle registration plate. Guilty plea entered. $20 fine. No motorcycle operators license. Guilty plea entered. $100 fine. $763 fine and court cost due Nov. 22. Failure to produce insurance card, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, no or expired registration plates, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to notify change of address to DOT dismissed.
Steven L. Drury, booster seat violations, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense dismissed. Failure to use child restraint device in vehicle. Guilty plea entered. $50 fine due Sept. 13.
Anthony Law, show cause for $88 due. Continue to Aug. 30 for balance due.
Christina L. Rucker, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt. Dismissed.
William B. Stansberry, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Failed to appear. Warrant for $250.
