Kirk Samuel Lewis, assault, 1st degree, domestic violence. Preliminary hearing Aug. 9.
Olivia Nester, assault 4th degree no visible injury-2 charges dismissed. Resisting arrest, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Guilty plea entered. Proof of anger management shown, 180 days conditionally discharged for 2 years on 1 count; 90 days conditionally discharged for 2 years on 2nd count. $143 due today.

James South, theft by unlawful taking. Continue to Aug. 16.
James C. South, flagrant non-support amended to non-support, 1st offense. Pretrial conference Aug. 16.

Misdemeanor

Amberly Beeler, theft by deception-cold checks under $500. Guilty plea entered. Restitution, fees, and court cost $280 to be paid by Oct. 25.
Diana Birch, sentencing. Guilty plea entered. 12 months conditionally discharged for 2 years. Restitution, fees and court cost of $1,590 to be pay at $200 per month.

Joshua P. Reynolds, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. 12 months diversion with $100 fee taken from bond, balance refunded. Review July 31.

Alvin Seals, assault 4th degree minor injury. 6-month diversion. Review Jan. 31. Show cause for $150 due Sept. 27.
Joseph A. Simmonds, violation of KY EPO/DVO, carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Continue to Aug. 16.
