The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.

Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

Felony

Ashton R. Aguilar, burglary, 2nd degree, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Continue to July 24.
Noah J. Law, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia, to buy or possess dismissed without prejudice.
Latoshia R. Rabourn, forgery, 2nd degree amend and guilty plea entered to theft by deception under $500. 90 days conditionally discharged for 2 years, credit for 8 days Jail. Pay restitution to Midway Stop N Go and fees of $166.76.
Everett C. Sullivan Jr., criminal mischief, 2nd degree, wanton endangerment, 2nd degree continue to July 24.
Corey Wardrup, unlawful transaction with a minor, 1st degree, illegal controlled substance, under 18, trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or more offense. Preliminary hearing held, probable cause exists; refer to grand jury for potential indictment.

Misdemeanors

Ashton R. Aguilar, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Continue to July 24.
Christopher L. Ashcraft, confinement and control of dogs at night dismissed without prejudice.
Kendall D. Baker, assault 4th degree no visible injury. Diversion-pass for 180 days and if no problems will dismiss. Review Dec. 27. No unlawful contact, no new offenses, not to possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs, no unlawful contact with Melissa Moore, alcohol assessment and any follow up treatment due July 24 and $100 diversion fee due at this time.
Kista L. Bos, resident registered title of vehicle in other state dismissed per proof.
Rebecca L. Bosse, assault 4rh degree domestic violence minor injury amend bond to $250 unsecured bond, no new offenses, co contact with complaining witness, to take steps to enroll in an inpatient mental health facility. Continue July 10.
Amy Bowman, local county ordinance. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to July 24.

Joshua A. Jones, failure to produce insurance card, reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Continue to July 10.
Jimmie Logsdon Jr., contempt hearing. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $530 cash. Contempt hearing 2-failed to appear. Issue warrant for $230 cash.
Shandi McDowell, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense dismissed per county attorney. Drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Guilty plea entered. $250 fine—in lieu of fine, 2 days jail and 2 days credit. Balance $150 fine due Nov. 27.
Adrienne M. Ricketts, confinement and control of dogs at night, dogs to be vaccinated against rabies, dogs to be licensed. Failed to appear, warrant for $250.
Jeffrey A. Smith, flagrant non-support. Continue to July 10.
Gregory R. Snyder, failure to wear seat belts. Failed to appear, notify DOT.
Susie B. Stivers, assault 4th degree minor injury. Continue to Oct. 2.
Carroll Sullivan Jr., local county ordinance continue to July 24.
Billie Jean Turley, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered to DUI, 1st offense. $718 fine and court cost due Dec. 27. 30 days loss of license, attend and complete ADE program, 12 days jail in lieu of fine, credit for 12 days, 30 days unconditionally discharged. Possession of marijuana, vehicle a nuisance, noise, etc., possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle merged and dismissed. Operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Guilty plea entered. $250 fine, but jail time credit in lieu of fine on this charge so fine paid. Drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Guilty plea entered. $250 fine-in lieu of fine-credit for 12 day jail.
Corey Wardrup, theft by deception under $500 amended to theft by unlawful taking under $500. Continue to July 24.
Miranda D. Works, show cause for $100. Pay $25 today, continue to Aug. 21.

Carrie R. Beatty, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, 2nd offense. Guilty plea entered to amended DUI, 1st offense $718 fine and court cost due Sept 2; 30 days loss of license, attend and complete first offenders ADE program-proof of enrollment due July 10.
