The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.

Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

The following cases were heard in Trimble County Court the week of June 11-June 15, 2012.

Felony

Ashton R. Aguilar, burglary, 2nd degree, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing June 26, no contact with complaining witness.
Quila D. Davidson, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to June 19.
Danielle N. Greene, review. Ok, proof filed.
Christopher M. Hyden, rape, 2nd degree, no force, sodomy, 2nd degree. Preliminary hearing held. Probable cause exists, refer to grand jury for potential indictment, bond remains the same.
Noah J. Law, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Continue to June 26.
Ronald Robertson Jr., fugitive from another state, warrant required-2 counts. Defendant waives extradition to Ind.
Robert L. Stivers, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to June 19.
Corey Wardrup, unlawful transaction with minor, 1st degree, illegal controlled substance, under 18, trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or more offenses. Continue to June 26.

Misdemeanors

Ashton R. Aguilar, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference June 26.
Tracy Bailey, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $500 cash.
Jerell Farley, theft by deception 18 counts. Guilty plea entered. Merge and dismiss other counts without prejudice counts 2-18 until paid in full. Make restitution, fees and court cost $4,464 due April 23 at $500 month until paid; 180 days conditionally discharged for 2 years; no new offenses; not to write checks without money to cover them.
Earl D. Finley Jr., violation of foreign EPO/DVO. Dismiss without prejudice.
Robert Newberry, review for $333 due. Continue to Dec. 11 and review.
Manuel D. Rodriquez. Show cause for proof of completion of SA program. Continue to July 10 for proof of assessment.
Jeffrey A. Smith, non-support amended to non-support felony. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing June 26.
Susie B. Stivers, assault 4th degree minor injury. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to June 26.
Corey A. Waldrup, theft by unlawful taking. Continue to June 26.
Trey A. Wingham, cultivating in marijuana less then 5 plants, 1st offense, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Not guilty plea entered. Suppression hearing July 24.
Miranda D. Works, show cause for $10 diversion fee due. Send notice to pay or appear June 26.

Traffic

Justin Aldridge, speeding 21 mph over limit amended to 15mph over limit, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Guilty plea entered. $423 fine and court cost due Dec. 11. Failure to notify address change to DOT merged and dismissed.
David Bixler, show cause for $168 due. Failed to appear. Notify DOT.
George C. Chatham, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. $25 fine due July 10. Failure to produce insurance card dismissed per proof. Failure to notify address change to DOT merged and dismissed.
Kerry L. Coots, show cause for $208 due. Continue to July 24 for payment in full.
Timothy F. Curl, speeding 15 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, .08, 1st offense. Remand June 22, final pretrial conference Aug. 21, Jury trial Sept. 21.
Leodan Diaz Aguilera, speeding 18 mph over limit. Diversion for 6 months and if no problems will dismiss. $100 diversion fee due July 10.
Katrina S. Hall, show cause for 6 months paid additional insurance. Failed to appear, notify DOT and revoke CD order.
Paul D. Hankinson, review. Continue to July 13.
Kristi A. Harper, failure to produce insurance card amend to failure to maintain insurance. Guilty plea enter. $243 fine and court cost due Aug. 7
Douglas R. Hayden, no operators or moped license. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to July 24 with valid license.
Tim Holt, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, no operators or moped license. Continue to June 26.
Forrest M. Hunt, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, 1st offense, careless driving. Continue to June 29.
Tiffany S. Knowland, failed to appear review. Failed to appear. Notify DOT, warrant $500 cash and send bond forfeiture notice.
Angela M. Long, show cause for $243 due. Failed to appear. Notify DOT.
Richard R. McGarvey, bond forfeiture hearing. Failed to appear. Bond forfeited, warrant to remain active.
Kenneth W. Miller, speeding 18 mph overt limit, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Guilty plea entered. $429 fines and court cost due Dec. 11.
Thomas S. Mullins, show cause for $1273. Failed to appear. Issue warrant $1275 cash, no surety.
Branden Ogden, show cause for $100 diversion fee. Continue to June 26 to pay or appear.
Joshua B. Quire, review for $343 due. Failed to appear. Notify DOT.
Manuel D. Rodriquez, speeding 26 mph over limit. Guilty plea entered. $243 fine and court cost due Jan. 22. Careless driving dismissed.
Thomas W. Stone Jr., operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to produce insurance card. Failed to appear, issue warrant $500 cash.
Avery K. Wardrup, show cause for $243 due. Continue to June 26.
Derrick Webster, inadequate silence, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc, 08, 1st offense, failure to notify address change to DOT, speeding 25 mph over limit, careless driving, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Continue to July 24.
Johnny A. York Sr., speeding 19 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs .08, aggravator, 2nd offense, failure to produce insurance card. Continue to June 26.
