Felony
Louis A. Bear II, assault, 2nd degree-domestic violence. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing June 21.
Jamie Louise Leathers, flagrant non-support. Refer to Grand Jury.
Olivia Nester, assault 4th degree no visible injury, assault, 3rd degree, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Waive 20 days. Preliminary hearing June 21; bond has condition that there be no unlawful contact with R. Nester.
Timothy Ray Peters, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing June 21.
Christy Riddle, theft of mail matter-2 counts, attempted theft of mail matter-2 counts. Not guilty plea entered. Preliminary hearing June 21.

Misdemeanor
Diana Birch, theft by deception including cold checks-8 counts. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference June 21.
Billy G. Frazier, illegal possession of legend drug; indecent exposure, 1st degree, 1st offense, indecent exposure, 2nd degree. Pretrial conference July 19.
William Gaddis, theft by deception including cold checks. Guilty plea entered. $367.43 fines, court cost and restitution due Sept. 27.
Andrew Goff, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree. Dismissed without prejudice.
Tabitha Goff, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree. Dismissed without prejudice.
Danton Harper, theft by deception including cold checks. Guilty plea entered. $385.50 fine, court cost and restitution due Sept. 27.
Robert P. Newberry, theft by deception including cold checks. Guilty plea entered. Fine, court cost and restitution of $333 due Dec. 17.
Vickie Shuck, theft by deception including cold checks. Guilty plea entered. $592. 68 fine, court cost and restitution. Apply bond and refund balance; 30 days conditionally discharged for 2 years.
Jessica Southworth, harassing communications. Diversion until Dec. 27. Diversion fee due July 26.
Martina Stewart, theft by deception including cold checks-5 counts. Failed to appear. Warrant $1109, cash only.
Marion Tray Waldrop, harassing communications. Continue to June 21.

Traffic
Paul S. Cox, speeding 20 mph over limit. State traffic school and $143 court cost due Sept. 27.
Brittany J. Cull, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Pretrial conference June 21.
Danton Ross Harper, review. Bring receipt of 6 months paid insurance to court June 14.
Brandy M. Jupin, review. Continue to June 21.
Anthony Law, show cause for $193 due. Continue to June 21.
Michael A. Logsdon, disregarding or failing to yield right of way. Guilty plea entered. Fine paid.
Machiel A. Martin, failure to wear seat belts, driving on DUI suspended license, 1st offense, reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, 2nd offense, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Continue to June 21.
Kevin T. Maxfield, speeding 16 mph over limit. Failed to appear.
Jacob M. McDougall, no or expired registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense, operating on suspended or revoked operators license; failure to surrender revoked operators license. Continue to June 21.

Corey A. Wardrup, failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. $25 fine due July 5. No or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt. Dismissed.
Ronald M. Wilt, speeding 15 mph over limit, failure to give right of way to emergency vehicle. Failed to appear.
