The Trimble Banner publishes all misdemeanors, felonies and small-claims judgments recorded in district court, as well as all civil suits recorded in circuit court. Juvenile court cases are not published.

Crime reports are provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges or citations reported to The Trimble Banner do not imply guilt.

Noah J. Law, possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Continue to June 12.
Ritch Rayburn, flagrant non-support. Not guilty plea entered. Continue to June 5.
Everett C. Sullivan Jr., criminal mischief, 2nd degree, wanton endangerment, 2nd degree. Continue to June 26.
Corey A. Waldrup, unlawful transaction with a minor, 1st degree-illegal controlled substance, under 18, trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or more offenses. Not guilty plea entered. Theft by unlawful taking continued for Preliminary hearing June 5.
Michael Webster, fugitive from another state-warrant required. Dismissed per county attorney.

Misdemeanor
Nathan Ray Gilbertson, show cause for completion of counseling. Continue to Sept. 4 for completion of Anger Management program.
Joshua A. Jones, failure to produce insurance card, reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Continue to June 26.
Brandon Klink, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Defendant bonded out.
Eric C. Klink, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia to buy or possess. Continue to July 10.
Dennis Lamothe, show cause for payment due. Pay $100 by June 26 and balance by Nov. 27.
Daniel McFarland, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree review. Dismissed by county attorney.
Mary Lou McFarland, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree review. Dismissed by county attorney.
Amanda Mitchell, unlawful transaction with a minor, 3rd degree dismissed per county attorney.
Nicole Pollard, show cause for $345 due. Pay $25 by end of day or warrant.
Dallas J. Sheehan, alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense. Guilty plea entered. $203 fine and court cost due today.
Carroll Sullivan Jr., local county ordinance continue to June 26.
Loriana Thornton, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Order signed to have evaluation done.
Cassie Yeary, failed to appear review. Failed to appear, issue warrant for $430 cash, no surety.

Traffic
Audrey Adams, speeding 20mph over limit. Guilty plea entered. Fine and court cost paid.
Kevin D. Aldridge, failure to wear seat belts, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Failed to appear, notify DOT and issue warrant for $250 cash.
Adam L. Artis, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference July 24.

Joshua Brierly, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, license to be in possession dismissed per proof. Failure to wear seat belts. Guilty plea entered. Fine paid.
Emmanuel L. Brooks, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Continue to June 26 with valid license, insurance, and registration.
Timothy H. Broughton, operating on suspended or revoked operators license, failure to produce insurance card dismissed by county attorney.
Dwayne S. Casteel, speeding 15 mph over limit, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, no or expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure to notify address change to DOT, operating on suspended or revoked operators license. James Cornish, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt dismissed per proof. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense. Guilty plea entered. $243 fine and court cost due today.
Timothy F. Curl, speeding 15 mph over limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense. Continue to June 12
Jacob Davis, overweight on bridge. Failed to appear, issue warrant $300 cash.
James Dunagan, no or expired registration plates dismissed per proof.
Lynette L. Durham, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with .08, aggravator, 1st offense, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, vehicle a nuisance. Not guilty plea entered. Pretrial conference June 26.
Victor A. Ellis Jr., show cause for valid license. Failed to appear, issue warrant $500 cash.
Jennifer S. Forster, show cause for $75 due. Paid in full.
Paul D. Hankinson, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc., .08, 1st offense, rear license not illuminated. Continue to June 12.

Guilty plea entered. $718 fine and court cost; bond applied, $218 due Aug. 21, 30-day loss of privilege to drive in Kentucky, attend ADE program due Aug. 21.  Failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, 1st offense dismissed per proof, failure to wear seat belts merged and dismissed.
Richard R. McGarvey, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, .08, aggravator 2 offense. Failed to appear. Issue warrant for $1,000 cash; send bond forfeiture notice and notify DOT.
Juan S. Olandes, failed to appear review. Pay $50 today and continue to Aug.21 for payment in full.
